House Rules and Important Reminders

To make sure that you and all guests will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, please read the House Rules and Important Reminders below pertaining to your stay with us.

When you confirm and complete your reservation, you are also acknowledging that you have read, understood fully, and accept all our house rules and important reminders, and that you will fully adhere to them during your visit.  If you choose to violate our house rules, this can result in the cancellation of your reservation or your remaining stay, and will be charged the full price regardless of a cancelled reservation or a shortened stay.

House Rules and Important Reminders

Construction Work. From July 20 to December 1, 2017, there will be construction of new rooms and bathrooms in the covered jetski garage area, drivers' quarter, and the rear of the main house. This will not affect the main house, swimming pool, and beach area but there will be significant construction activity inside the property during this time. Construction work during this period will be from Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm. Noise during Saturdays and holidays will be kept to a minimum. There will just be 3 to 4 available parking slots inside the property during construction.

House Capacity & Usage. Rates are based on the regular capacity of the house. If the declared number of guests and/or capacity is exceeded, each undeclared person shall be charged PhP2,000 per night. Loud gatherings, parties or functions of over 20 people, and commercial activities/events are strictly not allowed inside the subdivision during weekends & public holidays.

Check-in & Check-out. Check-in is no earlier than 2:30PM and check-out time is no later than 12:00PM, unless otherwise arranged. This is strictly enforced to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be explicitly approved by our Manila office. Tali Beach security only allows guests to enter the subdivision at the pre-arranged time.

Safety. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard in the beach and swimming pool. Always swim with a buddy; do not allow anyone to swim alone. Do not swim under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Children and elderly persons should always be closely supervised. We urge all our guests, especially young children, to bring and use personal flotation devices (such as life vests) when swimming. Diving or jumping in the pool is strictly prohibited.

Valuables. Please do not leave your valuables such as cash, electronics, and jewelries unattended. The owners/management and caretakers will not be liable for any loss and will not be responsible for articles left behind.

Noise Control & Courtesy. Enjoy the sounds of nature and let our neighbors do the same. Guests are required to keep noise (including karaoke machines and other sound systems) at a minimum level between the hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM and during Tali Beach siesta hours of 1:00PM to 3:00PM.

Food & Drinks.   Guests are responsible for their food & drinks, toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc.), and bath/beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, fridge, microwave, utensils which may be used for food preparation & simple cooking. There is an outdoor charcoal barbecue grill available for use.

Smoking is allowed in open spaces but is not permitted indoors. A minimum of PhP2,500 fine will be collected if cigarette smoking is detected inside the house.

Pets are welcomed but are not allowed on the second floor of the house and in the swimming pool. They must be on leash when outside the house. Guests are requested to clean up after their pets.

Caring for Nature. Avoid leaving anything on the beach shore as litter kills wildlife. We hope all our guests can try to adhere to the adage: “Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, kill nothing but time.”

Going Green. We invite all our guests to help conserve natural resources and care for the environment by turning off air conditioners, lights, and other appliances and making sure faucets are tightly closed when not in use or when you leave your room.

Swimming Pool & Sand. It is imperative that guests shower before entering the swimming pool. When coming in from the beach, please rinse the sand/dirt off your feet, hands, body, clothing, toys, etc. before entering the pool. Sand can clog and damage pool’s pump filter.

Bonfires, Buses, Jeepneys, etc. Bonfires are not allowed anywhere in Tali Beach. The use of fireworks, firearms, illegal drugs, and other controlled substances are also prohibited. Buses, vehicles with over 22-passenger seating capacity, and jeepneys are strictly not allowed inside the subdivision.

Reservations. Tentative (penciled in) reservations are held only for 2 days and are then subject to cancellation if not confirmed. A reservation will be confirmed only upon down payment of 50% of total amount due (70% for 2-night reservations). The remaining balance shall be due 7 days prior to check-in date.

Gate Pass. Complete names of all our guests and vehicle plate numbers must be submitted at least 7 days prior to check-in for the issuance of a gate pass. Only registered guests with a printed copy of their gate pass will be allowed by Tali security inside the subdivision. The gate pass shall be sent once full payment is settled. We also require a picture or scanned image of a valid government identification (ID) card of one guest.

Cancellations, Refunds, & Rescheduling. There are no refunds for cancelled reservations due to reasons including undesirable weather, for no-shows, or for early departures. Rescheduling a confirmed reservation may only be possible in the event of a storm signal number 2 or above officially declared in Nasugbu, Batangas area during the booked date/s.

Power Outages & Generator. During power outages and while power is supplied by the generator, our guests may use the following: [a] lights, [b] electric fans, [c] one air conditioner only, [d] one refrigerator only, [e] television, and [f] laptops and mobile phone chargers. Please do not use more than one air conditioner, more than one refrigerator, and other high wattage appliances like the microwave and bathroom water heater. Please be reminded that overloading the generator will damage the generator and electrical appliances.

Important Reminders. [a] Swimming and other activities are entirely at our guests’ own risk. The owners/management of the house shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur while on their premises. [b] Unforeseen events can sometimes occur. The owners/management of the house shall not be liable for delays to provide rooms & amenities and service interruptions with utilities due to events beyond their control. [c] We have endeavored to accurately describe and provide actual photos of the property and the house. We will not be held liable should the house/property not match your expectations. [d] The property will be cleaned by the caretakers prior to commencement of your stay and we request that you leave the property in the same condition. In case of damage or missing objects, guests are responsible to remedy the condition and will have to reimburse the costs.
